"I arrived at 8:30Pm with a credit card reservation made and upon check in I was told the hotel was sold out....as every business traveler has experienced at one time or another.
However, quite to my surprise, the manager went out of his way to not only biik me at a hotel nearby of similar quality and PAY FOR IT!
They also gave me $50 cash for my inconvienence.
I will certainly give them a second chance after that type of "damage control" certainly bettter then all of the chains I stay at."

"The staff was extremely polite and considerate. My son and I especially enjoyed the DVD library and the free internet access. We had driven a pretty long way and didn't want to run around for entertainment. I especially enjoyed not having to pay extra for the movie. It was a very pleasant surprise. I was sure that I would get MUCH LESS for the $99 I paid."
