"This place was disgusting and the room only had one bed although a room with two was ordered 9 months ago. When I asked for a cot they tried to charge me $20 a night. Stay away from this place at all cost"

"My daughters and I were very happy with the service and the staff at this hotel.All the staff were very friendly, not only at the front reception desk but the housekeeping staff as well. I will be returning to Syracuse in the spring and will be staying at this Comfort Inn again."
